Refund Policy
Typeglide subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel at any time using the customer portal. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and handled in line with the checkout terms presented at purchase and applicable consumer protection laws.
How to request a refund
- Email support@typeglide.app from the address used for purchase.
- Include your order email/receipt details and a short explanation.
Billing issues
If you believe you were billed incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong plan, etc.), contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
