Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Typeglide, a Chrome extension and related services (the “Service”). By installing or using Typeglide, you agree to these Terms.
1) The Service
Typeglide provides AI-assisted text generation inside online text fields. Output quality can vary and may be incorrect. You should review outputs before using or sharing them.
2) Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include:
- Sending spam or conducting abusive outreach at scale.
- Using the Service for unlawful activity or to violate others’ rights.
- Attempting to bypass plan limits, model restrictions, or security controls.
- Interfering with the Service (e.g., probing, scanning, or exploiting vulnerabilities).
- Scraping or collecting personal data without authorization.
4) Your Content & Responsibility
You control what you submit to the Service and how you use the outputs. You are responsible for your prompts and for reviewing outputs for accuracy, compliance, and appropriateness.
Typeglide is not a provider of legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
5) Billing, Renewals, Cancellation
Paid plans are processed via Lemon Squeezy hosted checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage your subscription through the customer portal.
- Plan limits reset based on your billing cycle.
- Upgrades/downgrades take effect according to the checkout terms and plan rules shown during purchase.
- Taxes/VAT may apply depending on location and payment settings.
6) Refunds
Refunds are handled in line with the checkout terms shown at purchase and applicable law. See the Refund Policy for details.
7) Availability & Changes
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Typeglide will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the previous 12 months, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.
