Does TYPEGLIDE work on every website?
TYPEGLIDE works with standard input fields, textareas, and many rich text editors across most modern websites. Some websites use custom editors, embedded frames, or technical restrictions that may affect compatibility.
If TYPEGLIDE does not work correctly on a particular website, email support@typeglide.app and include the website URL, a brief description of the issue, and, if possible, a screenshot and the steps that caused it. Please do not include passwords, payment information, private messages, or other sensitive data.
Can I use a keyboard shortcut?
Yes. Focus a supported text field and press Ctrl + Shift + Space to generate and insert text with TYPEGLIDE.
Why does the extension need access to webpages?
So it can detect supported text fields and insert generated text into the field you are currently using.
Does TYPEGLIDE read entire webpages?
No. TYPEGLIDE generates only when you ask and focuses on the text field you’re editing.
What text is sent to the AI model?
Only the text you submit for generation, selected templates, and limited TYPEGLIDE context memory needed to complete your request.
Do you work on password fields?
No. TYPEGLIDE does not operate on password inputs.

Yes. You’ll sign in to use the FREE demo (30 generations) and any paid plan.
What is a “generation”?
A generation is one request that returns an AI output—like a draft, rewrite, translation, or summary.
Do paid generations reset every month?
Generations included with a paid subscription reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. The FREE plan includes 30 total demo generations.
Should I review AI-generated text?
Yes. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Review the result before sending, publishing, or relying on it.
Can I use templates or my own prompt?
Both. You can use saved templates, type your own prompt, and enable context memory for follow-up requests.
What is context memory?
Context memory lets TYPEGLIDE use recent TYPEGLIDE requests on the current page to continue your workflow. You can turn it on or off in the extension settings.
Can large templates affect context memory?
Yes. Large templates may make generation slower. Very long templates can reduce context memory accuracy or cause context memory to be skipped for that request.
Which models are available?
Model access depends on your plan. TYPEGLIDE supports fast everyday models, advanced models on higher plans, and full model access on Business. The exact model list may change as providers and availability change.
How do upgrades work?
Install TYPEGLIDE, sign in, and choose a paid plan from inside the extension. Checkout is hosted securely by Paddle. After purchase, your plan updates in the extension.
Can I buy extra generations?
Yes. One-time generation top-ups are available when you need extra generations before your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. You may request a full refund for an initial subscription payment, a subscription renewal, or a one-time top-up purchase within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. No reason is required. See the Refund Policy for details.
