Refund Policy

Payments for Typeglide are processed by Paddle.

14-day refund window

You can request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

How to request a refund

  • Email us at support@typeglide.app with the email used at checkout and your order details, or
  • Contact Paddle Buyer Support for help with your purchase.

Subscriptions and cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods outside the 14-day window.

Refund processing time

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically take 3–5 working days. PayPal refunds typically appear within 48 hours.
